C S Repair Center

The lady behind the counter was very rude and certainly not service-oriented. I can't say anything about the quality of work, but I certainly wouldn't do business with this company again. I talked with the owner and he would not accept that this lady was rude. They charged me more than they quoted, even after saying that they would call me if the charge would be different, and wouldn't give me the chainsaw unless I paid over what they quoted.

My business is a choice, therefore, I would rather haul my mower to a place near work so I won't have to deal with the nasty women that works behind the counter at C&S. She should not be dealing with the public. If you hate your work (and your customers) do something else. Go be a prson guard. All my neihbors think C&S is the only game in town, I think I will go to another town.
