Where to begin.... How can someone not be disgusted when looking in the mirror each day knowing that they are as WRONG AND TRASHY as each person in this company and still have no shame!!!!! Can't wait to see this joke for a company CLOSED FOREVER!!!!!

Negative stars! Ashleys towed my car from the front of my own garage. I am a 69 year old female grandmother and I ran after him and begged him to stop but he ignored me and kept going. Neighbors ran after him and honked their horns to get him to stop and at least give me a card. He kept going even though he saw me running behind him and asking him to wait. I had to get someone to drive me to pick up te car. The guy who answered said " if you don't get here by 5pm, it will aost you more money with a smirk!"Common decency is all I asked. An acknowledgement of someone waving their arms and running. the person was again rude and smirky at the window which took several rings. No wonder they have bars on the window. I bet they get a lot of threats.There is a way to treat human beings and there is way not to treat them. Don't ever use them. They are supposed to acknowledge you when the car has not left the property. They still charge you an unhook fee but they are supposed to acknowledge you, they just want to get a smuch blood money as they can. What a bunch of jerks. Karma will get them. Would they like their grandmother treated like that? They should be out of business.
