Top Ranked Movers Local Movers

I hired Top Rank Movers to load my 26' moving van for my move back to Michigan. They called the day before and asked if they could come early, then didn't arrive until the originally scheduled time. They packed my belongings quickly, but upon arrival in Michigan, 8 pieces of furniture - including heirloom pieces 80+ years old - were severely damaged. As they have a guarantee on their website that if they damage it they will fix it at no cost to me, I called them to inform them of the damage - including pictures. They denied liability, saying that once it was packed, they were off the hook and then hung up on me. I called back several times and left several messages. They would neither answer the phone nor return my call. Don't walk away from these people - RUN!!!
