If you are looking for a gym that has everything this is the place. Great, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Trainers on site. Great place for the entire family to workout.

I’ve gone to a lot of different gyms in my life, but this one took the Protein cake.
Talk about an official heavy weight gym.
Their free weights section (in what’s called The Dungeon ) goes up to 200 pounds in dumbbells. There are multiples of everything. I’ve never ran into the problem that someone was using what I needed. There are many fitness pros there, like the trainer Dustin, who has shown me many new ways to build up. Highly recommended.

I have been working out at Olympus Athletic Club for over a decade, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else in Murfreesboro. The staff is friendly, always helpful, and very welcoming to newcomers and old clients alike. It’s a clean facility with an excellent selection of equipment ranging from cardio machines to weight machines to free weights, as well equipment for CrossFit training. Group classes are available, and they also provide childcare for busy parents that are interested in living a healthy lifestyle. There are spacious areas for people of all fitness levels, and they provide all of this (and more!) at a very reasonable price.
