A Pet Stop

Have been going there for 10 years best job and care my 4 dogs as ever had ! I have 3 German Shepherds and 1 Lab . She is very thorough in her work , its like going to a good hair dresser !! My daughter is a groomer in another state and seen my dogs one day when she was in town , my daughter grooms show dogs so I valued her opinion !

Love this place, puppy gets a beautiful cut, and I'm comfortable leaving him in their care. I have been going to them for a few years.

All I can say is this is that they are the BEST groomers!! (and I miss them terribly) I have since moved down south and to find groomers who are as professional & experienced as them has been a challenge. I have been using the Pet Stop for the past 18+ years, they have always done a beautiful job. I have recommended other friends & family who have continued to bring their pets there as well. Not only are they professional but I have always felt as though they appreciate my business (knowing there are other groomers out there) they go the extra mile with their grooming, manners & professionalism. They have loved my pets over the years & treated them well. They are missed!!!

I have taken my dog to A Pet Stop for a couple years, and I have always been very pleased with the grooming services they provide. The owner and groomers are always very pleasant to me and very attentive to my concerns and instructions. I have been more than satisfied with the job that they do. When my dog got fleas last summer (ugh!), I called A Pet Stop, and the groomer was happy to take my dog right away and took care of the situation without any trouble. She also gave my instructions as to how to rid my house of fleas. I would definitely recommend A Pet Stop to friends since I have never been dissatisfied with the owner and groomers and the job they do.

I adpopted my little girl and her foster mom reccommended Pet Stop and I must say that for the 1st18 months I loved her hair cuts and reccommended them to everyone I know.. Unfortunatley I was not happy with her last hair cut and quietly ( no customes were in the store) said that I was not happy with the hair cut..

I thought that you were still allowed to voice your opinion about things. The woman who groomed her had the owner come out, I explained that I was not happy and explained why.. The owner then gave me a list ( in a very loud bellowing voice) why my dog did not get a good hair cut. I was totally upset when I walked out the door and wanted to run in and get my dog... I went back to pick her up and she did look really good.. The groomer asked me if I would be making her next appointment. I explained to the groomer, that no I would not be making another appointment, not due to her but due to the way that the ower of the shop spoke to me the client... When the groomer went to retrieve my dog, the owner came out and asked me again what was going on.. I explained that I did not like being yelled at. Her response in a very loud voice was...' I DON'T WANT YOU OR YOUR DOG TO RETURN, I DO NOT NEED YOUR BUSINESS. YOU WILL NEVER FIND ANYONE TO GROOM YOUR DOG AS WELL AS WE DO... Again, the groomer did a really good job 99% of the time, but because I voiced a concern I was verbally abused and to boot I was paying for it.

What a shame that customer service is out the door.... bad owner, bad bad bad owner.....

I have used Petstop regularly to get my large dog bathed and groomed. The dog loves going there, I can always get in within a day or 2. THe grooming is EXCELLENT! They took my dog on very short notice after a skunk incident and took great care of her. It is not a big place but every dog feels welcome. Sort of a "Cheers" place where everyone knows your dog's name!
