Two technicians showed up, Jesse and Daniel. They arrived promptly, actually a few minutes early which was great. They were very professional and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They treated for everything from fire ants and moles to spiders, wasps and roaches.

Our Technician, Phillip Larsen, serviced our home july 2015. Even after a long day on the job, he was very very thorough, explained what he was doing and why, what I should expect to see in the coming weeks and when to give them a call back. He serviced the outside and an ant problem that popped up indoors. Very pleased. Hope he's the one to service us next time!

We have lives in Greensboro NC for the past 2 + years. We have been so pleased with the service that Scott, our technician provides for us. For the spring he even dusts off the cobwebs from the outside windows for the whole home. Very happy with his service!!!!

I just bought a new home and we have had it less than a year, Insight came out to treat my home and I haven't seen any spiders or other creepy crawlers except centipedes. They treated my home for centipedes that lasted well over the 3 months and when I saw a couple more, they came out and treated them right away. I have been happy with the over all service I received !!

I was very pleased, they wanted to know just what problems I was having or had, other than the critters I see out side, I'm more interested in the ones that try to come in. The tiny ants that want to visit every summer are the ones I detest, they are not invited to my kitichen,but that is where they want to rule, we have tried lots of things to get rid of them.but to no avail. Now I can stay they have found some where else to dine,
