Red Star Paint & Decorating Center

Let me say, I normally dont write reviews but i had to for this store. I walked in assuming i would get stellar customer service but boy was I wrong. I didnt feel welcomed, I ask for assistance and the associate was no help at all and basically shut me down with out helping me. I hate to mention the race factor but thats how i began to feel. Like he didnt want me there. My mother and I was very polite and actually said the first hello walking into the store. He was very dry and just seemed like he didnt want to be there or again should I say he didnt want us being there. I know we all have our bad days but this was awful and the biggest turn off. Would i ever recommend anyone to visit there? NEVER in this lifetime or the next. If the owner or the associates read this, Please i ask of you to make everyone feel welcome. This is a place of business and everyone should be professional and helpful to EVERY customer. Its a shame i had to go out my way to give my business elsewhere.
