NOT a doctor problem, it's those who answer the phone to make an appt. or cancel one. Very rude. I called today (5/17/2016) to cancel 5/18/2016 appt., & got the doctor's name wrong. I corrected myself & gave the right name. The operator kept saying there was no one by either name & transferred me to someone that just gave a name & said leave a message. I checked my calendar & I "was right" w/ my correction. Try calling back. You are kept on hold forever. It's time Rockland Ortho. to revamp their Admin Dept. or train them in quality service.

I am very dissapointed, not with my Doctor, but with his staff. I was trying to speak to one of the receptionist at the Airmount practice and before I could tell her what I needed, she sent me to my Dr.s nurse's voice mail. I called my doctor on Thursday morning, left a message. It is now Friday afternoon and no one has bothered to return my call. I am sure that my insurance is paying s pretty penney for me to see him, the least that they could do is to return my call. I am being referred out to a Neurosurgeon, but I will not recommend them due to their customer service.
