Preparing the case, in which her client sought a property tax exemption, Kristen created a strong legal strategy, first researching all possible reasons the Board might perceive the client’s property to fall outside the exemption statute. She then prepared her client for the Board’s questions and ensured the client could clearly explain why the property fit the exemption requirements. Ultimately, the Board agreed.
