Milanos Pizza

I had dinner at Milanos in Millington, TN on March 31. The food was good and the service was average but there was a problem with the credit card machine when I was paying for our meal. I was instructed to go ahead and eat then try again. We tried again with the same result so I offered to pay cash which was accepted. Upon my return home 6 days later I see that the same amount was taken out of my check card account so now I have paid twice. My wife noticed the lady kept the 2nd "transaction failed" receipt but she crumpled it as if she was to throw it away. I guess she did not. I am now in communication with my bank to take action. I don't mind paying for meals but I don't like to pay 2 times for the same meal. I'm not happy at all with this since I live 300 miles away. They probably think I won't drive that far for repayment and I only have one failed receipt so I guess I'm out $25.27. My advise; watch your transactions closely & don't trust everyone.
