        Have found the customer service in the PO at this location to be less that satisfactory. Many customers standing in line with only one person working the service desk. Finally one customer asked if they could get someone else to help out at the desk since many had been waiting for quite awhile. Two ladies came out, but seem not to know what to do to be of assistance. This day was not just an exception, but seems to be the rule at this location.
