If I could give less than one star, I would. Ray, the owner of the company, installed a new AC unit for us in February 2018. It stopped working in July 2018. We had to suffer in the hot weather for three days. Ray came to look at it and said there was a leak in one of the outside hoses and said he repaired the hose. The AC broke again for the second time in August 2018. Then Ray and his team said it was the inside coil that needed to be replaced. We spent several days in the hot weather while Ray and his team diagnosed and fixed the coil. The AC is still not cooling properly and runs constantly. I contacted Ray and he said he is not coming out and I can call some other company. He also said we do too much cooking in the house and that’s why the AC is not running properly. We don’t cook more than any other household and wherever we lived before, the AC worked fine even when cooking. Don’t recommend this company at all.

Early January 2018, my 21 year old Goodman heat pump finally had it. The heat kit stopped working properly, and of course because of its age, it was impossible for me to find a replacement. So I called my home buyer's warranty company, 2-10. Luckily this old Goodman was covered under my policy. So 2-10 first hired a contractor by the name of Indoor Air of VA. Indoor Air came out to my residence, late, and he barely even greeted himself. He pulled apart my old Goodman, lost some screws, didn't even use a multi-meter to test any of the components to see what the problem could be (even though I already knew what was wrong). Ray Dodson (the owner) left my residence and promised to give me an update within the next business day.

Four days later, no response from Mr. Dodson from Indoor Air of Virginia. I called him multiple times, often going straight to voicemail. But when I did get a hold of him, he gave me an excuse saying that he sent an update to 2-10 and he was waiting on them to respond. So I called 2-10 to verify this... He LIED to me. He sent nothing to 2-10, delaying the process. Meanwhile here I am freezing in 12 degree weather in my own house while Dodson sits in his cozy, warm home. He took my $103.50 deposit, and gave me NOTHING.
