AAA Appliance Care

I personally would rather put a fork in my eye than work with these people again, I have been 8 weeks without a refrigerator. They have come and inspected the product ordered the parts and have rescheduled my appointment to actually FIX the product TWICE A WEEK FOR FIVE WEEKS. Their repairman "refuses to work Fridays/Saturdays" and ended up calling LG and telling them AFTER 6 weeks of them just playing this game of scheduling an appointment and cancelling at the TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT, that the repair man is refusing to service the fridge and we need to find another company. I tried to speak to an manager and got no where, Amber the receptionist would not allow me to speak to a manager. After all of this I looked the company up and THIS SAME PROBLEM HAPPENS OVER AND OVER AND OVER again.
If you have any problems and need to use this company, you're better off buying a new product.
