DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Came with a group of 13 and was HIGHLY disappointed. First of all, the guy on the phone with us had no sense of direction whatsoever and could not direct us to where we had to go. We showed up to the address we were told, and he couldn't tell us where to go, leaving us stranded in between 2 highways! When we called to have assistance, he kept pushing off our calls and saying that he was "literally 1 minute away", having not arrived until a solid 20 minutes later! At this point we SHOULD HAVE TURNED AROUND, but we gave it another chance. We waited for 30 minutes for the guy to show up. He showed up in a totally random location, asking us to meet him. Once we met, (in a sketchy area) he didn't confirm any reservations and there was no booth or marina there to show the legitimacy of the company. We were disappointed. Not only that, but once we enjoyed our ride (which was pretty fun, but not worth another star because of the chaos they caused!!!) they refused to refund us due to one of our riders not being able to ride. (despite us renting the ski beforehand and not even using it!) To top it off, they were RUDE and highly unaccommodating, and threatened to charge us for a key! they were dishonest and disgusting. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this illegitimate company. Spend the same price on a better experience. definitely not here.
