Dr. Maritza Diaz, MD

I've been to this office about 4 or 5 times. They DO take credit cards and checks. I've paid in all 3 methods. Yes, the waiting time is a little long,but Dr. Diaz WILL take the time you need once you are in the exam room. So the time spent in the waiting room is rewarded. She's a doctor that knows what she's doing. The staff is nice and very friendly. And are just as nice to everyone who walks into their office!

Would I reccomend this office to a friend or a colleague? yes!

They don't accept credit cards or checks cash only and they wait until you've been waiting in the area they call a reception/waiting room 45-60 minutes. They don't know anything about insurance coverage and do not communicate with insurance provider to verify. They made me go twice in one day because of these issues and at the end they couldnt see me because I didnt have cash on me. The doctor was very rude to me when I asked to pay with check or credit card. The employees were rude as well and ignored me. I have never had this type of crappy customer service. It even made me cry of how rude they treated me.
