Miles Landscaping

The owner came by and gave me a verbal estimate for a small water feature project and a target start date. He postponed on me two times then texted me the day before he was supposed to start to tell me he decided to pass. Not very professional to wait until the day before to change your mind. I would have already stared and been done with this project with someone else by now... wouldn't trust this person with anything too big or complicated if this is how he runs his business
