I have waited a year to write this review. I purchased a 2000 F250 we agreed on a price over the phone assuming that the condition matched the pictures on the web site. I flew there to pick up my truck from Mn. They picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership. I looked over the truck and noticed there was not a jack present. They got right on it and set me up with a jack. I was worried on the way back to Mn because the truck had gone through 4 quarts of oil on my return trip. I assume it is because the truck must have sat awhile. Since then it has not used any oil. Overall I felt that while I paid a premium price for what I got, I got a great vehicle and would purchase another one from them. I was treated very well by all employees. Great Job Men. Gary from MN.

CANYON STATE AUTO SOLD ME A 2001 TRUCK WITH BYPASSED HEATER CORE, UNDISCLOSED FIRE DAMAGE AND THEN 2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE CAR FAX WAS UPDATED WITH "THEFT RECOVERY", DEALER REFUSES TO FIX THE BYPASSED HEATER CORE NO DEFROST AND WORK WITH ME RE THEFT RECOVERY ISSUE. AS OF JUNE 2013 I HAVE COMPLAINTS FILED WITH BBB AND FTC AND ALSO REQUESTED INVESTIGATION TO BE STARTED WITH OUR ARIZONA STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. BUYER BEWARED DONT BE FOOLED BY THE A+ RATING WITH BBB I AM IN PROCESS OF REQUESTING BBB TAKE DOWN THIER ACCREDITED STATUS DUE TO MY EXPERIENCE.

I brought my vehicle to Canyon State Auto and recieved excellent serivce. They have a new manager, Liz. She is very knowledgeable and as a women I felt comfortable for the first time with my service. I am recommending them to everyone.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE! THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR 6 WEEKS!!! THE WORST PART IS THEY DIDN'T FIX IT AND I HAD TO PAY BECAUSE THEIR ONCOMPETENT MECHANIC ORDERED A PART THAT NEVER WORKED!!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE!!
We have been in business over 5 years, and we pride ourselves on customer service in that time we have a very good record with the BBB.All our work carries a warranty parts and labor.The individual who has loged this complaint, was advised that the vehicle had more issues that needed to be attended to,the car didnt run when it was towed in and quite frankly it was not a well maintained vehicle.This individual was given every opportunity to bring vehicle in for the other issues that he declined to repair. This customer unfortunatly decided to go else where and was a sold a bill of goods. Its unfortunate that this customer let his emotions get in the way of logical decisions and we did try to resolve any issues he may of had, fixing it for free was his logical decision,that we cant do.To whom it may concern @ yellow pages,I dont beleive you should allow a complaint be posted that ,you (Yellow Pages )hasnt looked into and further more not contact the buisness, This is an unvalid complaint,and I wanted removed ASAP.Yellow pages please email me regaurding this issue!
