        Overall

        I was offered $15.50 an hour to drive for Venture Express and was told I would be driving from Jackson, Tn to Canton, Ms every night. That Is the job I accepted! I get to orientation and find out I have to go to Smyrna twice or Canton. Smyrna takes almost 2 hrs longer and involves 2x as many trailer inspections. For a $175 for a Canton load or $180 for two Smryna loads. NO OVERTIME AND YOUR EXPECTED TO Work every other Saturday. Plus the equiptment is disgusting with pee bottles and trash in the cabs you have to clean out yourself.
