        Had a similar experience. Not customer friendly at all and have had several problems with them overbilling. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

        This company is very shady. Their billing is screwed up and try to charge for things covered under warranty. They ripped me off for about $1,500. Will never by a machine from them again. Will buy from a different distributor the next time I buy a Taylor machine.
