Today is January 8, 2009 and your company usually comes out to Cummins Diesel Recon at least once a year and I have never had such an unpleasant experience with your company until today. Your service representative was very rude. He actually acted like he was offended because I requested to see another shoe. I assumed this because he wrote the ticket before I was sure about my purchase. His response to me was I already wrote the ticket so make up your before he completed his task at hand. His attitude was not deserved nor was well received.
