Bad customer service!! Don't go there they do not do a good job at helping the customers. Very aggressive

Do not go there !!!! Bad customer service and poor work. If its 30 minutes til closing just say you are closed so it won't be a rush job.... don't go there because they will take your money 1st and do a rush job...wasted money... I went back" wasted gas "but they took care of me ... but others complainted

Let me start out by sayin Dat if i dnt have to put a star i would have put not even half of a one Anyways i went to dis nail shop and asked dem if i can get gel nails so dey charged me $48 anyways i went to another nail shop lik three days later and dey told me dat dey wer not gel nails dat dey wer arcylic nails i was so mad i called dem and told dem and dey said to go da next day i told i couldnt but dat i would go friday amd she said no because den we wont remember who yhu are... Ders really mich but it just makes me really mad.. And dey dnt treat der customers good.. This is da worst nail shop ever i dnt reccomend it dey jus wanna take folks money

I went to this nail shop located in the Oak Court Mall. I sat in the chair and the nail tech took off my old tips and was about to get ready to put on my new tips, when my daughter said she had to use the restroom. I asked the nail tech if my daughter could use the restroom inside the shop. She told me no, that my child would have to use the restroom out in the mall. So i took my child to the restroom outside of the nail shop, as I was leaving the tech told me to give her 10.00 or leave my belongings inside the shop; I told her that the only reason why I am leaving out is because she wouldn't allow my child to use the restroom inside the shop, so it is their fault that i have to leave out and i'm not leaving anything with them. So I took my child to the restroom when I returned so they could finish my nails. She said they are closed. I went to mall security and filed a report. Segregation is over, they need to go back where they come from with that $#;!!!!
