I have ordered from this company a few times. They have a great turn around time and some nice items. I have found that anytime I order a quantity of items I always receive some damaged merchandise also. When I have sent pictures concerning the mold on the bows and stains on some of the hairclips, I do not ever get a response. So you just have to weigh your odds when dealing with this company and decide if it is still profitable to order from them. I ordered a very popular cone clip and 1/3 of them would not clamp shut. As much as I love the great items I get, it makes me a little uneasy that they don't care if you get damaged items and do not respond. As I said, the nice things are very nice.
