Mame Hair Braiding

I went to this place about a year ago and I'm still trying grow my hair back in one spot due to me having to cut a plug out of if after being braided at Mame's Hair Braiding on 4880 Summer Ave. The style was great, it looked neat, but when it was time to take the braids out, they used bonding glue and I had a big ball that I had to cut the glue ball out and my hair. When I called them back, she swore that "we no use glue" in that harsh accent. She had her son there and was spanking in front of customers. The atmosphere was poor. The lady who did my hair was nice, but I couldn't tell that she was using glue. I will not go back again. I told a co-worker about this and she said that when she went, she had to run errand for the lady. She braided half of her hair and asked for a ride. She felt like she had to take the lady to get the rest of her hair completed. Yep, held her hair hostage.

Very sloppy!!! The first time we went they did ok. The second time we went the my left hair out of my aunts braids and my braids!! I'll NEVER RETURN! I do not recommend any one to go here!
