        Heart & Soul did a tremendous job for my husbands' 40th birthday party! Ordering was easy and for the price we were amazed at how tasty and beautiful our setup was. The staff was very professional, yet friendly and willing to help beyond their duties, and offered great advice and helped me get the decorations up. Not to many caterers, I believe, will gladly climb a ladder with paper lanterns, but we got lucky! I would definitely recommend using them and am looking forward to the next event we have together!

        heart & soul saved the day!

        I recently had the job of finding a company to cater a bridal shower for 50, yes 50!, ladies 4 days before the shower date! Panic does not even begin to cover it. After calling around town I was pretty much laughed at for trying to set up anything besides boxed sandwich lunches with chips. Needless to say that was going to do the trick. The last place I called was Heart & Soul. What a life saver! I spoke with a sweet girl named Jennifer who not only was able to assure me it was doable, she emailed me a fab menu that came under my budget! The day of the shower I was able to meet Michael Francis, the new owner and had a really sweet guy named Shawn set up everything and handled everything threw out the event. I recommend this company to anyone! They could not have been nicer!

        *DO NOT TRUST* Heart and Soul ...

        *DO NOT TRUST* Heart and Soul catering came highly recommended to me by an associate of Chuck Goldstein, however, after they cancelled on me 4 days prior to my event, I couldn't recommend such an undependable business to cater any important function. He alluded the reasoning behind the cancellation was the "sudden" addition of another, more lucrative event in place of my own. Leaving me with such little time to reschedule a new caterer is not only unprofessional, but blatantly rude and inconsiderate. Overall, this company doesn't even deserve one star from my experience.

        Hi Disgruntled889, we would like to apologize for your views on our business, however, it is quite hard to coordinate an event if you are unable to reach a potential client. I say potential because we never officially booked an event or had a signed contract. We were in beginning stages of coordinating this event with you and the communication was just not there. The only reason I knew we were considered for this event was through speaking with a separate vendor you were using for the event, on which you cancelled your services for him the day of. We come highly recommended due to the fact of the personal attention we put into all events we are hired to do. We do apologize for any inconvience you may have had, but we cannot go forward with events if there is lack of communication. We are extremely hands on and like to know every aspect and detail of events. It's very easy for you to go online and tarnish someone's name, but I can assure you that our reputation precedes us and that anyone who has ever dealt with Heart & Soul has been completely satisfied and we make more than sure that we go above and beyond our duties as a catering company.
