Horrible service. Never answer or return calls. 4 different service calls for same problem under warranty for new fridge. Never had the 2 parts or no parts on arrival. 1 shows up with a gasket in worse shape than the one on there. Says he's not a fridge repairmen but does TV's so it couldn't be much different. Asked to leave my home. So after 7 weeks of dealing with this company that shows up in personal cars without identifying credentials, I call a reputable service that diagnoses and fixes my problem in less than 5 minutes without any parts. A freezer door adjustment stops the frost build up in my frost free appliance. Had to pay out of pocket because I had GS Lee forced on me by manufacturer. Worth it to be done with GS Lee.

Overall

They were contracted by LG to fix my washing machine, and after 6 weeks still have not fixed the problem. They have been to home 5 times and canceled 2 other appointments less than an hour before the scheduled appointment. Every time, they claim some other part needs to replaced, but has to be ordered. GS Lee should not be allowed to contract any jobs from LG ever again. They are a deceitful company, who outright lie to their customers. Furthermore, they should be investigated for fraudulent business practices.
