OMG, the rude, poor customer service is mind blowing(especially the blonde). Is she the owner, if not someone should find the owner and let him/her know to fire the workers. She seems always angry!! Go across the street, they are more professional and efficient.They have truly, truly poor PR

Wow, that is the worst customer experience I have ever receieved at any place I have spent money. They did not say hello or have a nice day or anything resembling taking care of the guest. Will not be back!!!!!!

Very rude people that work there. There is no evidence of any customer skills. I have been going there for a long time and they are getting worse and worse. Today was my last time to give this cleaners any of my business and money.

Pulled up to drive up sliding glass door which by the way was absolutely filthy and waited while associate finished with the customer she had. After waiting about 2 minutes for her to wait on me,she abruptly swung open the pick up door and walked back in to her customer while talking to him about some personal matter, ignoring me. I waited another minute or two then realized she was not going to wait on me so I drove off. Rude,and very unprofessional behavior . And clean that sliding glass door!
