Bartlett's Best Hot Wings

I ordered the fish by phone.it was great,large pieces hot and steamy. They had a golden sauce that i put on it that was great.the workers were extremely friendly and knew you by name

This was the biggest waste of money and time i have spent in a long time. The wings are TINY and the coke was flat. He tried to tell me that it just wasnt cold. Well why not? They were also out of celery. Obvious poor ownership and management.

Do not waste your time or money!

I went there on January 17th and decided to get a chicken sandwich since I really didn’t have a lot of time. I thought that it would be quicker than hot wings and I did not want 10 (ten) wings (their smallest quantity).

I also asked for a drink.

The person (a female) who took my order also went to the back to make the sandwich.

I asked if I needed to get my drink cup and she went to give me one but then said that she would get some ice from the back since the machine wasn’t working

Once I noticed on the menu that the chicken sandwich had cheese and onions, I told the worker that I did not want cheese and onion. She asked me what I wanted and I said lettuce and tomato. She said she wasn’t sure if they had lettuce and tomato. She went in the back and came back with lettuce and tomato. I fixed my drink. I took a few sips and didn’t think that it tasted right. So I fixed another cup. It was definitely flat.

Now a male worker comes from outside and he speaks. He washed his hands (1 point is given for that). He then went to the back and asked “what do we have?” The female worker said a chicken sandwich. He then came from the back and said that they did not have any mayonnaise. I told him that I really was trying to go……..I had been there at least 15 - 20 minutes by then. He said that it was ready to go but he was standing there and I mentioned that the drink was flat. Of course he went to the back and told the female worker that I was disappointed about the mayonnaise and now I said that the drink was flat. The female worker brought my sandwich out and asked me “if I said the drink was flat” and I told her “yes”. She asked me what I was drinking and I told her Pepsi; but she stated a diet drink when I was trying to answer.

After all of that and getting the sandwich, it was awful. The chicken patties were probably boxed, already breaded, and frozen. No wonder she didn’t know if there was any lettuce and tomato, it was so old, Betty White was probably in high school when they were grown.
