I have personally bought 2 cars from Acura of Memphis. A 2010 Acura TSX and a 2011 Acura TL. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. I have all of my service work performed by Acura of Memphis. They do not care if I have an appointment or not. My money is just as good as the person who has an appointment. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

they have cookies for the guests after my son ate one i picked up one to eat and realized that they are spoiled and there is mold growing on them.

Brought a new 2011 acura TSX for 38,000 2 days later while driving to Nashville one of the speakers is blown so stopped at Gary Force Acura and just enquired about the price they said 36200 without even bargaining, they were really nice and replaced the speaker without an appointment. Acura of memphis insisted I need an appointment and they didnt have a slot for 2 weeks. I will not buy acura for defective speakers and marketing their cars as top of line with ELS, if I have to buy it I will buy it in Nashvill not memphis

customer service is horrible, the second key lost programming car is under warranty , they said i lost the key and brought another one else where (which isnt true-i never used the key since i brought it because i didnt have the use for it-when i am married i gave the key to my wife and she couldn't start the car with it) charged me $120 to reprogram. they have a take it or leave it attitude

The service center is over priced and a will charge you for unnecessary stuff, I am technically very sound, the moment i opened my amplifier i know it is fried because it smelled burnt, they offered to diagnose the problem at $120/hr and said will take a minimum of 4 hrs to diagnose, I changed the amplifier myself it is working like a charm

Acura of memphis is a rip off, my sound is gone completely, they ripped open the back trunk and broke all the tabs in the process, took the fuse cover and fuse puller out but did not replace them, returned the car with trunk lining open , they charged 126$/ hr and took 3 hrs to diagnose, it turned out to be a bad amplifier, they are reluctant to replace it because the car is in a previous accident. because they left the liner i inspected that area and there is not even a scratch on the amplifier or the harness. Check online you will find tons of reviews ablout ELS speakers and amplifiers getting fried if you take volume above 20 (peak vol is 40). When u test drive ELS equipped car all u have to do is turn up the volume to 40-at least 2 speakers will be fried. When I reported the fuse puller is missing the guy wants me to drive 40 miles to showroom to get it because he found it on the shop floor, I asked him to mail it to me at which point he hung up the phone

I think that the people who work/own the place must be writing the positive reviews. These people are rude and their cars are over--priced! They make their money by tacking on senseless things onto their vehicle. The do not know the meaning of a negotiation. Call around to other Acura dealerships in the area, you will get a better deal.

I've been shopping for a car for a while now. Today I decided to go to the local Acura dealership. The place was spotless and the Starbucks cafe was over the top. I drove a TL and I fell in love. I wasn't sure how they would deal with me. The sales process was very professional and the salesman was knowledgeable and polite. They gave me Blue book value for my trade in and discounted the car $3000. I was able to drive off right away. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a no-noncense experience. Thank you Acura of Memphis - I love my car...

I have just completed the purchase of my Tenth Acura from this dealership. Over the years I have grown close with many members of their staff. I feel like they treat me more like a friend than customer. I originially purchased several vehicles from Greg Moore years ago and he is now in charge of service. Greg assures that all service dealings are pain free and him and his staff have handled unusual requests from me without a second thought. Special kudos to Brandon Willoughby. Greg introduced me to several great folks in the sales department (Ali Pirani is the best) and along with New vehicles for myself -- i have purchase two used vehicles of other makes for my kids as well. Even though one of them was just a $3000 car -- it was the same red carpet treatment I received when purchasing a $45,000 MDX.
I would and have recommended them many times to my friends and colleagues.

I could not be happier with the preowned accord I bought a few days ago. My salesperson (Curtis) was very professional and was not pushy at all. He was actually very helpful me choose a vehicle. Not what I would expect from a typical dealership. The sales manager I dealt with treated me like I was the first and last customer he would ever see. I felt like I was on a pedastal my whole time there. These guys will always have my business and any other business I can direct their way.

The people were very professional and the store is over the top. I bought a 2010 MDX and I love it. the best thing about the whole experience is that they treated me with respect and listened to my needs.
i would recommend this dealership to anyone that want to deal with profeesionals. they respected my time and I will be back.

I purchase my 2008 TSX right off the back of the truck bringing it in to the lot. I receive excellent service from the sales manager all the way to the service department. In my years for purchasing a new car, Acura in my opinion has the BEST service department you can look or ask for. The service managers really go out of their way to make sure all needs have been met. That is one of the star quality they offer that will keep me coming back to purchase another Acura. The saleman I had @ the time was good to about a 4 but, I think he was new. The sales manager was great! The only little small complaint I have. I had to actually come to the office 3 times before they got all my figures together. The system or something wasn't adding my sales tax correctly, so with that I actually signed three different contracts before it was my last. However, they did make up for it with a full tank of gas! So, that weighed out. They are very good @ what they do. I LOVE the car! and the service department gets a 5 star by itself. Keep up the good work.
