Wish I had seen/read all the other reviews before calling this company. They came out to repair our KitchenAid refrigerator. Right away we were told the upper control board was bad; they replaced the board and charged $724.83 and told us to wait 24 hours then restart the unit, which we did. Next day we had the same exact issue as before the repair. Can't reach anyone due to all numbers being voice mail full. We read all the time about seniors being scammed and thought we were too careful to have that happen to us. Now we are out over $700 and a broken refrigerator.

This company is the worst....complete scam artists. Came for a consult on my washing machine, never ran any diagnostics. Told me the problem was common and an easy fix. Took almost 3 weeks for them to get parts. They were 2 hours late. The washing machine is still broken. They charged me $300 and scheduled to come back but did not show, did not call, and will not return my calls. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL BE THROWING AWAY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!! I'm so devastated that they are allowed to take advantage of people this way. BE WARNED!!

This company came and out and fixed my walk in cooler. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend this company to any one

Scam artist. Owes us $440 and won't return phone calls or messages. Beware. Do not use. He did not fix our refrigerator, he just took our money and ran. Now, won't give refund as promised.

I have been dooped as well. After much research, it appears that this company goes by several names, and has many numbers. Same process, 'fix' the machine, wait 24 hours to use it, then it is not fixed, contact for repair, two times they scheduled to come, both no shows, then a promise for a refund. Was told they would send the check, a week later, told it was sent, another week later promised it would personally be handled and fedex'd along with a tracking number. Nothing has been received, and they continue to hang up on me when I call, or not answer the phone at all. I don't know if I will ever receive my refund...but I will do my best, and in the meantime, hope to make things a little miserable for them. If anyone else would like to join suit, please let me know.

I found this service on the internet. I called and they answered right away. I had the man come to fix my freezer. He was very nice and supposedly fixed the problem but in fact did not. I have called repeatedly but have never been called back and no one has answered the phone. Either number. I am currently sending a complaint to the BBB about this company. If u want to get your appliance fixed don't call these people.

I used this company once a couple of years ago to fix a broken washing machine. We scheduled an appointment and he was right on time. Came in and fixed the broken washer really quickly. Price was fair and seemed like a great interaction. The washer broke again just recently-which i don't fault this company-its a hand-me-down washer. So when it broke i called again, set up an appointment and he came back. He fixed it and told me to wait 24 hours before running it again. Waited the 24 hours and it broke again, the exacts same way on THE FIRST LOAD OF LAUNDRY.



So i called back to talk with the guy. No answer. Called both numbers. No answer. I called multiple times over the course of almost 3 weeks with no answer and no returned phone call. Needless to say we did not get our washer fixed and DEFINITELY did not get our money returned or refunded. Terrible company-everyone stay as far away as possible.

This Company is BAD News. I have a Heating & Cooling Business In Memphis In. Two Years ago a home Owner in Henryville In Called me, Said he had a New heat Pump system Installed and It has Problems can you help me, I said I will be over. (Acts) Installed this heat pump system. They also Installed Duct work. Well let me tell you, The way he ran the ducts to each room, It will not WORK, He hooked all the rooms together and the last room gets all the air from the air Handler. I told the Home Owner about this, And said you need to get them back over to fix this problem. Its Installed wrong. It will not work this way. I called the County Building Inspector in Jeffersonville Gave the Home Owner Name And Number And to go check this Job Out. 3 or 4 days I get a call from ACTS He said how much will you charge me to repair this problem for me, I said NO You go fix your own problem. He needs to be put out of business. Reading other reviews on him, Why would you call him? I am calling the Building Inspector today about Him.

Claims to be a Christian based company and this could be further from the truth. Does not return calls and does not provide trustworthy work. Also goes by AAAA Heating & Cooling with 24 hour service phone numbers that are not real.

Awful funny the review that was good is from Phillip A...owner is Phillip Amos!!! Take my advice and spread the word to everybody you know even if they aren't having problems with their appliances they will after they have this company work on any thing. As I write this there is a repairman here now fixing what ever Acts did to it. He seen the receipt that we got from acts and ask us what happened with acts. After we told him he said that the story gets better and better. This repairman is finding the problems an also what acts done. Are washer worked 1 time after acts worked on it and this repairman said that acts set it up to do that. Acts will not answer are phone calls or return any calls. We got ripped off for almost $400 for nothing. This company goes under the name of Acts Appliance repair and Aaaa Appliance repair. Our receipt has Southern Indiana Appliance repair on it. Three different names, WOW!!!! WARNING....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY or should I say all three of these companies. We are considering small claims court. So if he wants to avoid that then he needs to mail us a refund in full for $391.83 immediately.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! They came out and repaired my washing machine ($126.00) and less than a week later the same issue was happening..so I called them back. They said they would come out and look at it that day.. NO SHOW so I called back again...AND THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER!! For 4 days we called and finally they answered and said they were sending someone that day.. NO SHOW AGAIN!! They will not answer our calls or return our messages that we leave!!! CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!

The pricing is awesome and customer service is the best that I have ever dealt with. God bless this company

Please do not use this company!!! They come out and work on your appliance, but do not fix it. I called back to let them know and they set up an appointment to come back out. NEVER came back out!!!! I was told I would get a refund in the mail, it's been a month now and still haven't seen that refund. I'm also contacting the BBB about them. I wouldn't have picked any star but this site wouldn't let you.
