AGREED SCAM ARTISTS CHARGING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR NOTHING. i TOLD MY WIFE TO ONLY GET WHAT SERVICES WERE INCLUDED ON THE VOUCHER. THEY PRESSURED HER INTO PURCHASING OVER 800 IN SERVICES THAT WERE NOT NEEDED. THEIR RECEIPT IS A WORD DOCUMENT INDICATING THEY ARE ACCREDITED BY THE BBB. THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED NOR LISTED. THEY GIVE NOT PHYSICAL ADDRESS SO THAT THEY CANNOT BE SUED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND YOU CANNOT COMPLAIN TO THE GOVERNMENT BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS TO PURSUE THE INQUIRY. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK WHEN YOU COMPLAIN.

Horrible customer service. Had an appt at 1, after calling 10 times I get a phone call back saying I see you have been calling, our phones have been down. How did you know I was calling if your phone's are down? I understand things come up but to ask me when I'd like to reschedule and tell me that none of the Times are available until next week and since there was a complication at another house, I get pushed to the back of the line and then get hung up on, I would never use them or recommend them. Be Leary of this company. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. And then for the owner to hang up on me? Wow
