Freysinger Hyundai

HORRIBLE service department. At least three times I have had very pricey work done only to find out later, from a trustworthy mechanic, that repairs were never done. For example, supposedly my struts were replaced 1 year ago. This morning I went to another mechanic for my inspection and learned that both struts are leaking. When I expressed my surprise since they were just replaced last year, the mechanic informed me the original struts are still on the car. Another example is when they sold me the "best on the market flush' for my engine at twice the price of anyplace else. Sadly, this "Superflush" does not exist. SCAM ARTISTS? Geesh, do the mechanics get a commission on repairs? I don't understand why this awful customer experience exists here.

I have been purchasing vehicles from Freysinger for the past 4 years! My Family has also purchased here, as well as my close friends. We always have an excellent experience and recommend Freysinger to anyone looking for a vehicle. They also help with financing those who are rebuilding their credit and explain everything as the process goes along! I won't buy my cars any where else!

We were sold a vehicle in 09 that had major damage and were apparently shown a made up carfax when we purchased it. Went to trade it in a week ago to find out Freysinger sold us junk!. We contacted Tom Freysinger to get a run around with no answers and a "oh well" attitude...bad business!..
