Overall

I have had several issues with them not delivering my packages, they usually leave a notice in my box without even trying to come to my door to deliver. the last time they did not even leave we a note, I had to call the company I ordered from to see where my package was only to find out t was in the post office for the last week! Luckily i got there before they sent my package back. What is the deal with this? Today my tracking number says our for delivery and I stopped the mailman and the package is not on their truck, this is a poorly run post office!

Very friendly and helpful. Ha...

Very friendly and helpful. Had numerous packages to mail overseas to my son in the military and helped me a LOT. Also very knowledgeable. I received a scam money order and the lady at the desk knew right away even though it looked legit to me. Saved me a lot of problems-and money.

Mishandled Mail and Read Mail

I do not know who is in charge of making sure that people get their mail but I have order and spent money on magazines and catalogs that I have not got. There were more than a dozen times where I have received a torn and beat up catalog and magazine taped in a big white envelope with an apology for the delay. It looks as if people have read them or taken them home. I am scared to order anything because I do not trust the multiple hands that deal with my subscriptions and catalogs. I know that I am not the only person who is facing this problem with postal service and I am getting tired of it. Now, I have ordered a bunch of catalogs and still have yet to see them. Its really sad!
