Enjoy doing business here. Always treated right. Completed when promised. Have not had a hassle dealing with any of staff, sales or service.

This dealership is full of shady, unethical employees and ownership. Had a deal in place and went to pick up vehicle. When arrived for appointment salesman wasn't even in the lot, waited almost half hour for service. Then sales manager tried to strong arm us into running a credit report even though we had financing through our bank and was not needed to complete paper work. Bank had reported dealership to cuac for this unethical attempt to run credit report. Was lied to multiple times about why they needed to run credit report and ultimately was told to leave if we wouldn't let them run our credit. This is the most unethical, shady, monster like business I have ever seen. The owner should be behind bars for the way he does business

Today I bought a Hyndai Elantra From Cory Durbin and have high praise for his integrity, professionalism, and knowledge, and I met several other staff members before I drove off with my new car today. I would definitely recommend Cory and this location for your car needs. Would buy from them again.

I went to Waikem Honda through an internet site called True Car. I bought my car in the Spring of 2014 from Brad Zucherro. I received an excellent, no pressure treatment and would definitely recommend Brad to my friends, family or anyone looking to purchase a new Honda. I had a great experience with Harry for my trade-in and Robby in finance. All said and done Waikem gets an A+ for my sales experience. This review should have taken place sooner but I'm glad I waited. To add to my original review I would like to add that every visit to the dealership for service that I make, I stop over in sales and everyone I dealt with remembers me and talks to me. I feel I made friends there and that means everything. I would like to say a special thank you to Brad and Robby who have always helped with conversation to help me pass the time while I wait. I went to weikem honda becuase I saw a 07 pontiac G6 and a 2010 pontiac g6 on their web site.So I scheduled for a test drive.My wife and I walked in and met with Duane Carnathan.We test drove both cars and loved the 07 G6.Duane didnt push us into buying he was very knowledgable and a very nice salesman to do business with.So if your looking to buy a newor used car go to the honda location and check them ask for Duane Carnathan hes awesome,thanks Duane.

I got a Honda civic the other day the salesman was Brian Russ he did a great job finding what I was looking for we were able to get the payment within my price range all of the people there were great ,I will not buy anywhere else regardless of where I may move to.
