Serendipity Coffee House & Bistro

I got a white chocolate latte extra sweet.. It wasn't hot, wasn't sweet, had wayyyy to much foam, and as I watched the girl make it she seemed to not know what she was doing.. I won't be coming back.

Beautiful place! I love the atmosphere and the hot chocolate was amazing with a bagel. Really great addition to Martinsville!

JUST OKAY! Simply put.... The baked potatoes are nice in size but most of the time they aren't done. Some of the staff when making orders are not very friendly. They rush you along when ordering like they have better things to do with their time. If you don't like customer service then change jobs! Be careful when ordering take out because evidently the orders are not double checked and you will be disappointed when you open your meal to something that is either left off altogether or incorrectly made etc. If Serendipity doesn't get its "act" together they want be open very long in the economy that we have today. The people in the Martinsville area do not have a lot of money to spend eating out so when they do they need to be satisfied or THEY WILL NOT come back.
