I purchased tires a year and a half ago from Schneider. At the time, I had called around to a variety of places including some of the big name stores. During a call to a big-box store, one of the employees inquired about the other companies I had contacted. I told him the deal I was getting on Nokian eNtyre’s and his response was “wow, that is a good price.” Anyway, I recently had an issue with one of my Mazda’s stock wheels (not the tire, the actual wheel) that was causing an air leak. As a result, we had drove on the tire while it was low on air on numerous occasions. As a result, I went to Schneider with a new wheel expecting to purchase a few new tires as I was worried about the integrity of the old one. Not only were the staff helpful, they were extremely honest. They inspected the tire, told me everything still looked all right so I wouldn’t need to replace the tire, swapped out the wheel and found an air leak caused by a tire pressure sensor. While remounting the tire on the new wheel, they noticed a couple cracks (nothing major); however, they took it upon themselves to look up the warranty on the tire and replace it without me even having to ask. Before going in, I thought I was going to have to buy a pair of tires; however, I managed to walk out with a new tire on the new wheel I had brought with me (the staff at Schneider had warned me during my first visit about the high cost of the Mazda’s stock wheels so I found one used) and a new tire pressure sensor for $20.



Not only would I recommend Schneider to a friend, I will be going back next time I need tires without calling around to other places first looking for a better price (if I could even find one, the difference in service at Schneider would more than make up for a possible difference).
