Bridal Garden

I was exposed to several beautiful dresses that I never may have tried on. Ended up finding the dress. So happy now! Time to hook up the bridesmaids as well.

My attendant at Bridal Gardens was Mary Ellen and she was a charm. She had a great understanding of the whole process and my frame of mind. Great understanding of what I was looking for. She was an absolute pleasure.

Iryna... This place is English speaking challenged. They sent me contract to sign with incorrect sizes and when I asked them to correct they ignored me and charged my card. When I revoked payment they called me trash to the bride and threatened to hold all dresses hostage. You can't even make a story like this up!

I was apart of a wedding party and the lady who sized me pulled the dress tight and clipped it in the back. She said I was a perfect size 2 and not to order anything else. The dress came in and I am still the same exact size wearing the same size 2 and Small clothes! The dress fitting was awful! It barley closed I've my but and my seam stress had to create a corset in the back to be able to close the dress. She had to create loops out of extra straps and feed them through to be able to close the dress. The whole situation was horrible and the Bridal Garden was zero help. I called to see if they had a bigger size to exchange the dress and they said they would check and would call me back. Needless to say they did not call me back. I don't recommend going there. They DO NOT know how to measure. I paid $350 for the dress (mermaid style) and paid $100 for alterations. Not to mention the way the dress was made was crappy. The boning falls in creating a large crease across the front on everyone's dress.. I look awful! It's a shame because I am a petite size 2 and it is not flattering.

Their staff is awful. The manager and the woman in charge of bridesmaid dresses- Iryna are completely unprofessional and phony. They say things to appease you to make the sale. They are insulting and could use some assistance in etiquette and how to deal with customers. I would never go back there again and will make sure all of my friends stay far away from there. They clearly show that they do not care at all about their customers. There are plenty of better places to go where the customers are actually treated with some respect. Talk about rude people. They make their customers feel bad! The place is a joke.

The biggest compliment that I have is that they were not pushy whatsoever. The customer service was unbelievable. They had a great dress selection of different styles and price range. I had the experience I had always dreamed of. Thank you.

Debbie is amazing and has impeccable taste. There was not a single gown that was not beautiful which you would think makes things more difficult, but with Debbie's guidance and expertise, it was an easy and pleasant experience.

I was a bit embarrassed at first as everyone was female, but the service was wonderful and Debbie was extremely knowledgeable and provided great insights for my sis. I can't wait for her big day. I know she'll be happy with her dress and her day.

I found my dream dress here! Mary Ellen helped me try on several dresses and was very patient while I debated over and over which color to order my dress in. The consultants here are very friendly, not pushy, and seem genuinely invested in helping brides find "the one." Additionally, they have a selection of beautiful dresses--the best in Jersey.

MaryEllen was wonderful and very helpful. I was very discouraged before coming here because of past experiences with other bridal shops. She has made this experience terrific. Thank you MaryEllen.
