Metro West Lawn and Power Equipment

Had an issue with my new Toro lawn more. Called toro corporation and this was one of their dealers. Brought it in and Jan at the desk was totally totally rude. Since I was dealing with the Toro corporation spoke to the girl and she said it would be a week to repair and after we went by I called metrowest lawn and Jan told me that they were waiting for a callback from the Toro corporation. I immediately called Turow back and spoke to my representative and she told me that on 10 seven the whole situation was handled by the tour a corporation and my lawn more was fixed At no charge. Jan was totally rude again and told me when I called back that oh yes the lawnmower is ready. I asked about an air filter for my new lawn more. And she told me she needed a part number and I told her since I did not have the lawn more in my possession I could not give her a part number I told her I would pick it up elsewhere. She gave me the paperwork which was at no charge and went to the back and the gentleman in the back was totally totally awesome. I will never ever recommend them to anybody for anything. There is no excuse for rudeness and being lied to about they were waiting for a callback from the Toro corp. will deal with a more reputable dealer.����������������������������������������

Expect to wait a very long time before you are able to get anyone’s attention. The mechanic has a very bad attitude and should not be allowed to talk to customers. The repairs are average at best, but don’t give them anything that requires some thought process. The prices are a bit on the expensive side, so expect to spend hundreds of dollars.
