I highly recommend Kiwi Services. There customer service professionals are quite knowledgeable and always inform you of the specials they are currently offering. Additionally, their technicians that pick-up and deliver the rugs after cleaning are courteous and arrive at the designated time. I recently had a Kiwi technician come out to my home to attempt to remove a stubborn pet odor on my staircase. Mr. Darryl tried his best to get rid of the odor, but he was honest and told me that it is likely that the lingering odor is due to the fact that the stain went into the carpet pad. Of course, that is not what I wanted to hear, but I appreciated his honesty and expertise.

They did a GREAT job! We have a dog...so even with vacuuming there was A LOT of dog hair. The technician did a great job not only with getting that up but also with some stains that had been sitting for a while and I didn't think would come out. I have used them before and I also like their guarantee of their services for a year. A great company

I had 5 rooms and a hall way cleaned by Kiwi Services in November, 2013. I was thoroughly satisified with the professionalism of the agent that came and his ability to remove the tough dark stains that I had built up over the course of 9 years. He vacuumed all the rooms and took the time to explain to me about the products that he was using. It was amazing to see all those stains removed and my carpets looked new and felt like new to walk on them again. I love the warranty program that is offered to come back at a substantial reduction to clean them again. I will recommend Kiwi Services.

I've been a Kiwi customer of the rug cleaning service for over 10 years. They arrive when they say they will and are very efficient. The technicians are very helpful, know their stuff and deal well with my dog. The customer service reps are knowledgeable about the many services and don't try too hard to upsell me. The products that are used are safe and, for my very sensitive nose, quite palatable. My biggest criticism - I do wish they'd modify the hold music/talking - it's really loud and a bit obnoxious.

Hey guys, forget the competitors!, do you want clean carpet but on a tight budget? Well call Kiwi first their services and prices are unbeatable, their liquid is all natural and made by Kiwi themselves, I own 3 dogs the carpet was a mess!, even the carpet cleaner and myself didn't think 100% would come out in one visit but surprisingly enough my carpet looks brand new, I can't wait for them to come back for my follow up visit only 4.00 a room!!!! I need to brag on a few special people. Elizabeth, I feel like, is my own personal attendant. Elizabeth demonstrates the meaning of "flexible" and "keep the customer happy. Kiwi is the King of Coupons Elizabeth makes sure they are used. The fact my carpet is FANTABULOUS is like a special perk. Recently, Shirley dealt with me. Kiwis guarantee for a year provided me multiple opportunities to clean my carpet for $4.00 a room plus a general service charge. You cant beat that. Shirley did her magic; I have another year of great clean carpets. I want to brag about the man (I cant remember his name) whose professionalism, kindness, and being a real person to talk took great care of me. There was no wait time, no pushing numbers, no hearing repeated messages, and just a person who loves his job. So many qualities that are lost in todays fast-paced technological world.
