Belinda's Pet Salon

Ms. Belinda is always busy but makes time to meet and greet all customers and pets as you enter. We had our first dog groomed with her from when she opened to when our Roxie had to be put down. We recently adopted another rescue dog, and the only one we trust to groom him is Belinda's.

I initially found the grooming services to be good. . However, customer service goes a long way for me. The atmosphere is very dry and cold. The owner has only greeted me once and 95% of the time she doesn't even greet me when I arrive to drop my pet off and doesn't thank me either. A simple stare is all I receive. It's like your business isn't appreciated or welcomed. So for me, I say if having a decent groom is important regardless of the customer service from the owner you'll be happy. But if you want to feel welcomed and experience good customer service then this is not the place.
