I've been a long time costumer at M&H and the store is slightly run down, which isn't a huge issue. The main issue I've come across and many others I know is the assistant day manager. Shes plain mean to customers, that is if she waits on anyone. Many times she'll stand about 4 feet behind the register and just glare at you. That can be looked past I suppose, but her blatant racism cannot. In Mandan, we are not very diverse, and on more than one occasion I've heard her make negative comments about indians. I'm older and I'm used to hearing such things, but when you are working in a public place like that, it's inexcusable. Someone should really look into who they have representing their company.
