The Engraving & Awards Center

I was very disappointed with my transaction. The drive to go to this location is about 15 miles, one way, but I had heard from a friend that they do good work so I thought it would be worth it. I bought a standard base mount with a Monopoly bobblehead. When I received the trophy, there was some scratches and scuffs but minor enough for me to be ok with the results. A month later when the trophy was awarded, the trophy portion broke off of the base (hot glue gunned) and I specifically asked them if they could put a stud in the middle for more support but obviously they did not. When I returned the trophy to be fixed, I asked for an engraving (the new winner) and after approximately ten days of wait, upon picking it up, they had a bill for me for $12 for the engraving and the fix but there was no engraving...I didn't pay for obvious reasons. Again, I'm extremely disappointed that I paid good money for such amateur results and would not recommend them for anyone looking to custom build a trophy.

I had a very last minute request for engravings on sales plaques, as well as a need for a new additional award. Jeff and the team at The Engraving and Awards Center were incredibly responsive-- great follow through with fantastic service. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!!
