Cardionet is amazing!! They found an issue with my heart no one else could find after years of tests, monitors, etc. Their customer service group was fantastic when I had a questions and walked me through setting up and how to use their system. Al heart doctors should know about Cardionet

I am wearing the a-fib monitor. My big issue with CardioNet is they say they have 24/7 service. More like 21/7 service, I have just tried to call them 3 times and no answer. This is the 8th time this has happened, when I complained the last time the guy was rude and explained they just had a shift change, he also said he just worked a 16 hour shift and there were only 3 people working. I told him then maybe they should change their advertisement to 21/7 and not 24/7 since they cannot handle the 24/7. I plan on telling my doctor about this, that and I work with a cardiovascular center so will let them know they need to stay away from this company as well, this could be dangerous for the patients.
