Budget Truck Rental

I have rented cars, mostly for business travels, like every other week in last one year. But My experience with Budget Frazer PA have to be the worst ever business experience. I mean the staff are rude, unprofessional, bullies. The car selection in limited and the service is just pathetic. Once day I had to return the car 9 AM, it was 9 Am on a thursday morning, I came and there was no one at the store, they were supposed to be opened 7 AM. I had to wait for 40 mins,to return the car. Next time I rented the car, the AC brokedown in the middle of nowhere, I called roadside asst, but I could not manage to get beyond the machine, called the frazer office, no help. Next morning when I complained the manager bullied and abused me, accusing me, that I'm complaining becuz I'm late and would not like to be charged.Like I really cared about that!!! As part of cut backs, corporate have asked their employees not to waste any empathy, manner or professionalism on middleclass people.
