On a Sunday afternoon we brought our business computer in for a diagnosis. Turned out the motherboard had died. They built us a new system in just a few hours and were able to install our hard drive in the new computer so we could get up and running. If not for them, we would have lost a days worth of revenue on Monday, but thanks to them we were able to open for business on time and serve our customers without any glitches. Thanks so much, TechBay, for helping us out of a very awful situation (and at a very fair price as well!)

There is no other computer store worth your time! James over at TechBay USA has taken care of me on multiple occasions and always with the utmost professionalism. His prices are very reasonable considering what some of these other computer stores are charging! He is a real expert, with several degrees and certifications and is always looking to provide the very best service.



He fixed and cleaned my old PC and later when a lightning strike completely fried that system, he built me a completely new system within a few days to get me back online! Don't hesitate in hiring him for your technology needs.

We have been going to James Thompson at TechBay for over 6 years. James is very caring, patient, and excellent in everything he does. If someone doesn't like James or his store then the only possible reason is because they are trying to get something for nothing, are just plain stupid, or are running a scam. We first met James when he was recommended to us by another business. We were looking for someone to fix and maintain our business computers. James did such a good job and was such a nice guy he now also fixes our home computers, networks, printers, and anything else related to technology. We love James and we love his store. He takes care of us and tells us honest answers to our problems and questions. Sometimes the repair estimates are more than we want to spend, and James will even work with us on either reducing the bill to help us or offering to let us make payments. James has even told us when it wasn't worth it to fix computers and he recommended we buy new computers, even if we didn't have the money to buy one from him. We give James the highest possible recommendation from our business as well as from our home personal computers. Once you use James you will never want or need anyone else to help you with your technology items.
