Madison Quick Lube

Not sure what kinda employee's were there in the past but the experience I had there was phenomenal. Before I started getting my oil change done there I had stopped in previously to get my car looked at. The previous places I used to visit would charge me just to take a look at it. However, these guys didn't and I eventually came back to get my car serviced there. I personally loved that they didn't pressure me to buy anything.

CASTROL QUICK LUBE 25010 JOHN R @ 696 AND JOHN R DON'T GO HERE!! my mom use to always go here they would give her a card saying the 7th oil change would be free. I gave the coupon to the guy working there they and said it was expired. But, there was no expiration date on the card and didn't want to do the oil change. They pretended like they were changing my oil change and when they showed me the dip stick i could tell that they didn't even change the oil. Than i went down into the pit and watched the guy drain the oil. What do you know it was DIRTY OIL and the guy said i got to do the twice !!! then i watched the other guy put clean new oil in and then once he filled it up he shut the hood and would not show me the oil on the dip stick and told me i was all set and don't come back. So i got out checked the oil myself to make sure they put enough oil in and that they did not strip the oil pan HOW MANY TIMES HAS THIS PLACE DONE THIS TO WOMEN !!! THAT DON'T KNOW WHAT DIRTY OIL LOOKS LIKE??????????????????????????i called there corporate office and the lady i talked to told me to turn them into the Michigan Attorney General Office

Avoid this place.

Quoted me to replace parts on my car then charged me the same price to "clean" the parts already on the car.

Refused to supply me with a detailed receipt for hours, parts etc.

JUST GOT AN OIL CHANGE THERE, AND STARTED LEAKING TRANSMISSION FLUID. CAR IS ONLY 2 YEARS OLD, HAD TO TAKE TO TRANS SHOP. THEY SAID 2 LINES HAD COME LOOSE SO THEY FIXED PROBLEM.

EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED TO CO-WORKER WHO HAD OIL CHANGE THERE. SAME 2 LINES WERE LOOSE. I THINK THEY'RE TAMPERING W/ THINGS SO YOU'LL HAVE TO GO BACK. NEVER AGAIN. I HAVE SINCE REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
