I was told that my son had tons of invisible cavities. They kept filling these cavities. Before I switched dentist I was told that he had about five cavities. When I transferred, I was told that my son had no cavities. They just drilled holes in my son's teeth unnecessarily. Don't ever get a tooth cap from this office. They don't know what they are doing, but that's another story.

I have 5 children, we've been with this place for about 7 yrs. We have been" tied" into them for the last 4 of those yrs. They were good at first. However, they CANNOT keep orthodontics on there. Started the process for braces on 3 of my kids, requestor insurance took some time and once approved the ortho left. Waited 8 months for a new one leaving my girls in limbo to get braces on.

After they were finally on this ortho left... wait 6 months for new ortho. Meanwhile kids in braces being treated every other month by some ortho who they commissioned in for one weekend a month. NOT enough time to see all the patients thus leaving them with inadequate care. Next we ortho finally starts and stays several months... then BOOM ! One more ortho gone....leaving kids in limbo yet again for 4 months.Next ortho, same crap, stays a few months now he's gone too! Once again my girls are stuck.without treatment. Every time I call I get the run around. No definitive answer.2 Kids stuck in braces still and no answer when they might get put in with yet another temp ortho. Its time for the braces to come off and them to be fitted for retainers. It is NOT fair to these kids. They've been in the braces a yr and a half longer than they should've been as it is. We are STUCK with this place because the insurance already paid for the work....so now what?

DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE ! Concider yourself warned. They don't care and there is no consistency in this place. I can't imagine what is happening to make EVERY orthodontist leave? Seriously, do not bother with this place.
