Kar-Kare Auto Center Inc

I took my vehicle in to be inspected. The mechanic told me it needed all new brakes and a new battery. I purchased a battery from him for $60.00 bucks but when he told me the brake job would cost over $1200.00, I declined this service and took the vehicle elsewhere. At the new auto repair garage, I was told that I needed only the back brakes, the front brakes were fine and that the "new" battery I had just purchased was in fact NOT new. I was charged $220. for the entire repair/inspection. A savings of almost $1000 from what Kar Kare wanted to charge. The mechanic at Kar Kare is nothing but a common criminal.
