We service homes and businesses located in Burlington County, New Jersey. With over 50 years of combined experience, our technicians are among the best in the business. Having this experience enables us to troubleshoot even the most difficult problems. In addition, we have experience in a variety of system types and brands. We install a number of brands of equipment. We strive to find the best match for our customer in both system requirements and budget. All of our installations are warranted by us for one year parts and labor. We also work with most any manufacturer warranty for equipment we install or equipment installed by other contractors.

        We converted from fuel oil to gas last fall. After this winter, we are extremely pleased with the efficiency and savings we've incurred with our new gas heating system. Competitive Heating and AC, Inc. did a marvelous job for us. Considering the savings for this season, our new system will pay for itself in 4-5 years! Thank you, Andy, and Beth, Mark and all the guys.
