Pizza Hut

we got there with no one in line it took 5 mins before we were even greeted. We finally got helped they gave us our total and we payed it. 5 mins later we got handed a order that was not ous is was the guy before us that already left. after we told them it was not our they finally gave us the right order but they never gave us our change back small price for crappy service. order somewhere else

The pizza here never seems to be done when they say it will. Three times, they've missed their estimate by fifteen minutes or more.

The employees here have real bad customer service. I have yet to hear them greet or say a simple "Thank you" from any employee there. Management is not any better, very rude. That's why they have employees with no manners or any kind of customer service because of managers like the ones employeed at this pizza hut location. The representative that helped me when I picked up my order was Sam (female). When I added 2 pepsi's to my order she made a face and gesture like it was a bother to her. Isn't that her job? Very disappointed with this Pizza Hut location. I will never waste my hard earn money here.
