        Overall

        This is the WORST managed place. We had a group of 25 with a reservation and they didn't have their table ready and told them it would be an hour before they would be seated. We waited for an hour for two tables close together and they never delivered. The hostess was rude. Not a good organized place to eat.

        Bad First Visit

        We visit BJ'S for the first time and we're not impressed. They were not busy but took them 20 to 30 minutes to bring our lunch. My salad came 10 minutes after my meal. Refills were never offered, bad experience won't recommend to anyone.

        I had to give you 1 star, but would have rather given you none. My husbands order arrived by our waitstaff. Mine, a salad arrived 15 minutes later buy some one other thatn our waitstaff. Food not so good.

        Horrible experience

        It took 10 minutes for anyone to come get our drink order, and the manager Alex was yelling at the employees where we could hear him. It was very rude and unacceptable. Our server was busy, but didn't need to be treated like that even if we heard it or not.
